On-Location Makeup & Travel Custom Quote
On-location makeup is available for weddings and special events throughout Scottsdale, Phoenix and surrounding areas, with travel available throughout Arizona and select California destinations. Travel fees vary based on location, distance and start time. Overnight accommodations may be required for certain destinations or very early start times. Travel & Wedding Policies

On-Location Travel Starting at $60
$60 travel fee within 20 miles of Sarvi’s Scottsdale service area. Additional travel beyond 20 miles is $1.50 per mile. Overnight accommodations may be required for certain destinations or very early start times.

Weekend Wedding Minimum
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday weddings require a minimum of 4 makeup services, including the bride.

Bridal Party Size & Additional Artist
Sarvi can personally accommodate up to 7 makeup services. For parties larger than 7, an additional artist will be added to help keep the wedding-day timeline running smoothly. The additional artist has a separate $40 travel fee, and additional artist service fees may apply.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a trial necessary?
A trial isn’t required, but I highly recommend one. It gives us time to discuss your vision, try your preferred look, and make adjustments before the wedding day.
How long should I expect a trial to last?
Please allow approximately 1½ to 2 hours for your trial.
When can I schedule a trial?
Bridal trials are available by appointment in Scottsdale. Reach out to me and we’ll find a time that works best for your schedule.
How should I prepare for my trial?
Please arrive with a clean, moisturized face and bring any inspiration photos that reflect the look you love.
How far in advance should I schedule my trial?
I recommend scheduling your trial approximately 2–4 months before your wedding, when possible.
How much time should I allocate for makeup on my wedding day?
Please allow approximately 90 minutes for bridal makeup and about 45–60 minutes per additional makeup service. I also build in a little time between clients to properly clean and sanitize my brushes and tools so every service is done safely and without feeling rushed.
Can I add people or services after I book?
Additional services may be added after booking if time and availability allow. Services included in the signed agreement cannot be reduced.
When is an additional makeup artist needed?
For larger bridal parties, an additional artist may be required to keep the wedding-day schedule running smoothly. I can generally accommodate up to six makeup services on my own. Additional artist fees may apply.
What is required to reserve my wedding date?
Your wedding date is reserved once the signed agreement and required non-refundable, non-transferable retainer have been received. Until both are completed, the date remains available to other clients.
Of the retainer, $50 covers administrative costs related to planning and coordination.
Please note that you have a 24-hour grace period to sign the contract and submit your retainer; otherwise, your date will be released for others to book.
Can I have a trial before reserving my wedding date?
Absolutely. Just keep in mind that scheduling a trial does not reserve your wedding date. Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis once the booking requirements are completed.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and credit or debit cards. Credit and debit card payments include a 4% processing surcharge.
Do you charge for very early start times?
Yes. Wedding-day services beginning at 7:00 AM or earlier may require an additional early-start fee.
How are travel fees calculated?
On-location travel fees vary depending on the event location, distance, timing and bridal-party needs. For longer-distance weddings or very early start times, overnight accommodations may also be required.
Do your weekend bookings require a minimum number of services for travel?
For Friday, Saturday and Sunday weddings requiring travel, a minimum number of services may apply. Please contact me with your wedding date, location and bridal-party size for details.
Do you travel outside Arizona?
Yes! I’m available for select weddings and special events in California and other destinations. Please send your event date and location for availability and a personalized travel quote.
